From A to B: Rowan Siddons

19 - 24 November 2018

Rowan Siddons first solo show at GX Gallery, From A to B, reflects on the past three years of his practice.

The artworks selected for this exhibition were created during the final year of his BA at the University of Brighton and throughout his MA at U.A.L’s: Camberwell College of Art.

Fascinated by the urban environment, Siddons has developed a contextual and practical understanding of the city and the atmospheres that make themselves present. In life, Rowan navigates the spaces of the city gaining inspiration, he then takes his perspectives through different printmaking processes to create what could be expressed as chaotic city scenes of shifting perspectives, altered into what could be suggested as psycho-geographical cityscapes.
