Coloured box wall sequence / Kiln-formed glass with dichroic inclusions

21 pieces wall mounted to create an installation.
Each piece is unique and varies in size and colour, approximately 120 x 200mm each
All are mounted with 1 of 4 Perspex colours (blue, marigold, pale grey and orange)
All protrude at different depths 30-60mm from wall and have keyhole fixings cut out for hanging.
Each glass section is hand made from layers of opal and transparent glass building graphic contrasting palettes. Fired multiple times to 800 Celsius and then cold worked the clean separation of colour again very difficult to achieve. The palettes are meant to be challenging whilst also complimentary; strong enough to hang just one in a niche wall space but also working in repeat to build an installation of colour. Framed in carefully chosen Perspex colours there are much consideration and finishing techniques gone in to what appears to be very simple wall boxes.
